As part of TSiBA Education Solutions the TSiBA Eden Campus developed an income generation programme - the Internship Management Programme.

The objectives of the programme include assisting companies develop the professional ethics, values and leadership skills of their interns and new employees. It also provides training workshops for mentors to enhance their ability to facilitate workplace learning programmes, teamwork and collaboration among employees; and guide skills transfer to interns and new employees.

The recent successful partnership with the Knysna Municipality helped them to deliver a structure to their workplace learning programme. TSiBA provided support in the form of coaching, mentoring, leadership and self-development training to the Knysna Finance Directorate’s Interns and Managers - who act as mentors.

The Tertiary School in Business Administration (TSiBA) was founded in 2004 with a vision to “Ignite Opportunity”.  Our mission is to be an innovative learning community that graduates entrepreneurial leaders who ignite opportunity and social change.
