Make Your Donation before 2012/2013 Tax Season ends on Thursday 28 Feb 2014

24 Feb 2014

The last day of the South African Tax Season 2012/2013 is Thursday 28 February 2014.
As you may be aware, you are allowed to reduce your tax liability by donating up to 10% of your taxable income before 28/02/2014. For example:
On a monthly taxable income of R20,000 the tax liability is R3,027.31. Assuming the full 10% is donated, your liability drops to R2,527.31. In other words, the charitable institution gains R2,000 while you lower your net by only R1,500 - an effective tax rebate of R500!
As TSiBA Education is a registered with SARS as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO), donations made to TSiBA Education can be claimed as a qualifying deduction on your 2014 income tax return (please see our banking details below). Please email us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to request a Section 18A invoice to include on your income tax return.
