Our Future Sustainability

To date, we have proved that TSiBA produces excellent graduates and that our unique model is replicable. In the medium term we are reliant on donor funding and are actively seeking new partnerships. In the interests of long term sustainability, we have created the TSiBA Sustainability Fund. The Fund is designed to facilitate mutually beneficial relationships with organisations that seek empowerment credentials in accordance with the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act.

TSiBA can offer value across all of the Codes of Good Practice and is therefore the ideal empowerment partner. The Fund includes a range of special purpose funds such as TSiBA’s Emerald Fund, a Property Fund and an Entrepreneurship Fund. Our endowment funds have been invested with BoE. Interest from these long term investments currently generates approximately 10% of our annual income and we are looking to grow this significantly.
