TSiBA Education operates as a Section 21 not for profit company that is governed by Members who appoint the Board of Directors, who oversee strategic and operational matters. Academic standards are monitored by TSiBA’s Academic Advisory Council (AAC) and Independent Assessment and Evaluations Board and core operations are managed by TSiBA’s Management Committee who work closely with the Student Representative Council (SRC) on each campus.
