Tsiba Education - Tertiary School in Business Administration offers an enriched Bachelor of Business Administration degree that is focused on Entrepreneurship and Leadership.

Overview

The TSiBA model is built on partnering with corporate, foundation and individual donars / sponsors who partner with us to fund the operations, administration and management of TSiBA Education, either through cash donations or donations in kind / in time.

Funding Partners - In Cash

One of the core elements of the TSiBA model is the funding of the operational and investment costs of running the organisation. This includes funding for academic and administrative and management purposes. Funding partners in terms of cash donations are formed via three central partnership options.

Partners join TSiBA as platinum, gold or silver partners based on the level of funding provided to TSiBA and the longevity thereof.

Funding Partners - In time

Whilst the majority of our partners offering in time donations are individuals, a number of companies have sponsored their staff time for lecturing and tutoring purposes. Through this arrangment their involvement is deepened into the lecture room and builds their knowledge of our student base.

In time sponsorship is our second largest collective donation to TSiBA.

Funding Partners - In Kind

Another aspect of our funding comes in the form of in-kind donations. For example, most of the textbooks used at TSiBA are sponsored in kind from various publishing houses. Our computer labs are sponsored by hardware and software providers.

This level of sponsorship enables companies to become involved with TSiBA using their products / services as a strategic sponsorship to the running of the campus and the education of our students.
